Are you a licenced company?

Yes, we are registered by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council License no 15/0017/OL.

What is a Meet n Greet service?

A ‘Meet and Greet’ service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place i.e an Arrivals Hall.

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?

No, We will track your flight’s progress.

What do I do if I don’t know the postcode?

Enter all the details you do have and we will try and find the postcode and email you back a quotation as soon as possible.

We have children travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?

Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer.

What do I do if I cannot locate my driver?

After landing if you do not get in touch with your driver within 45 minutes Please call us +441737668202 or on +447855532998 and our admin team will help you find your driver inside the terminal, or outside if you have not chosen MEET AND GREET service.

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?

No, We will track your fligh’s progress.

What types of vehicles do youuse?

We have an array of vehicles ranging by Saloons, Estates, MPV's and MPV+ vehicles may cater for upto 8 people.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes - please refer to our terms and conditions.

Can I book for more than 8 passengers?

Yes it will be possible for us to plan for larger groups of more than 8 passengers. Please give us a call to enquire for charges and bookings.

How early do I need to book my taxi?

We suggest you to book your airport taxi at least 12 hours in advance on-line or over the phone. Most of the time we are able to supply vehicles on much shorter notice, so please give us a call to check availability.

Are your prices per vehicle or per person?

All prices are per vehicle.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No surcharges for debit/credit cards.

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed or cancelled by the airline?

No, as we will track your flight landing time we will be aware of any delays or cancellations and we will dispatch our driver according to the new landing time.

What airports do you cover?

We cover all major Airports which include Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airport.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, only If you are travelling from Gatwick, please pay the driver in GBP (£).

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes. You may use your credit or debit card to pay regardless of whether you have a paypal account.
